Be Bad.
200-Hour Power Yoga Teacher Training
You do not need to know whether you want to teach. You only need enough curiosity to begin. Build a practice, find your voice, and learn what happens when you stop waiting to feel ready.

The Invitation
Become a Teacher.
Become More Yourself.
BE BAD is REWILD’s immersive training in movement, leadership, and being human. You will study the mechanics of power yoga and spend just as much time learning to listen, speak clearly, and respond to what is actually happening in the room.
No teaching ambition or prior experience is required. Graduates who complete the work earn a 200-hour Yoga Alliance-approved certification; everyone leaves with a stronger foundation for how they practice, communicate, and lead.
In Their Own Words
What Certified Instructors Say.
What Is Be Bad?
Practice Before Certainty.
“Be bad” is permission to begin. The training is built around three ideas that move you from curiosity to capability without sanding off what makes you you.

Allow Space for Discovery
You do not have to arrive knowing how this ends. Curiosity creates room to notice your patterns, try another way, and discover a voice that is actually yours.
Establish Foundation
Build from the ground up: body awareness, pose mechanics, breath, clear language, and the practical tools that make teaching safe and intentional.
Momentum Creates Flow
Practice, feedback, and repetition turn information into instinct. You will teach before you feel ready, learn from it, and keep moving.
The Commitment
This Is Where Momentum Comes From.
BE BAD is a 200-hour process, not a weekend certificate. Show up, practice, teach, get feedback, and return with more awareness the next time.
The 50 required power yoga practices may include up to five classes completed outside REWILD.
Fall 2026 Curriculum
Untame. Confront. Return.
Part One
Untame Yourself
Learn the physical and energetic architecture of the practice: 53 poses, feet and foundation, the spine, and how breath creates movement.- See and teach 53 foundational poses
- Understand alignment from the feet up
- Work with eyes, breath, hands, feet, pelvis, core, inner fire, and flow
Part Two
Confront Yourself
Strengthen the person doing the teaching. Self-inquiry, meditation, vocal work, improvisation, and public speaking help you meet pressure without hiding.- Build a clear, useful teaching voice
- Practice listening and unscripted response
- Get comfortable being seen before you feel perfect
Part Three
Return to Your Natural Self
Bring the pieces together in a full class. Teach what is in front of you, create meditation without a script, and lead from presence instead of performance.- Teach a complete power yoga sequence
- Coach the room you actually have
- Lead with confidence, clarity, and authenticity
