Terms and Policies
These terms govern use of the REWILD YOGA website, accounts, bookings, memberships, purchases, and studio services.
Last Updated: September 15, 2026
Agreement and Scope
These Terms and Policies (the “Terms”) are an agreement between you and REWILD YOGA (“REWILD,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). They apply when you use https://rewildyoga.com, create an account, book or attend a class, join a waitlist, purchase or use a membership or class pass, register for an event or training, or otherwise use a REWILD service that refers to these Terms.
By using those services, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the applicable service. A separate participation waiver, membership agreement, event agreement, promotion, or checkout screen may contain additional terms. If a specific term conflicts with these general Terms, the specific term controls for that service.
Accounts
- Provide accurate, current information and update it when it changes.
- Use the same email address REWILD already has for you if you want to connect prior studio history.
- Keep your password and account access confidential, and tell us promptly about suspected misuse.
- Do not access another person’s account or use an account to impersonate someone else.
We may require email verification, deny an account request, or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect customers, staff, REWILD, or the service. Online accounts are intended for adults and for minors using the service with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian.
Classes, Bookings, and Waitlists
The schedule, instructor, room, capacity, format, and class availability can change. A booking is not guaranteed until the service confirms it. Waitlist placement is not a confirmed reservation. Arrive and check in according to the instructions for your class, and cancel promptly if you cannot attend so another person may use the spot.
Any cancellation window, late-cancel or no-show consequence, credit treatment, guest rule, age requirement, or event-specific rule shown during booking is part of these Terms. Please review that information before you confirm. Contact us before the class if the booking screen does not answer your question.
Memberships, Passes, and Purchases
Prices, included classes, activation and expiration dates, renewal terms, pause options, cancellation methods, refund rules, transfer restrictions, and taxes are the terms displayed for the particular offer at purchase or in a separate membership agreement. Review them before paying. Unless the offer says otherwise, cancelling a future renewal does not by itself reverse a charge that has already been completed.
New monthly memberships begin with a three-month minimum commitment, billed monthly, then continue month to month. After the minimum commitment, cancel before your next billing date to prevent the next renewal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid billing period; it does not refund earlier payments. Existing memberships retain the agreement in effect when they were purchased.
One-time class credits do not renew automatically. Each credit covers one eligible regular REWILD class and expires six calendar months after the purchase is fulfilled. Quantity savings apply to the number of credits in that purchase; separate purchases and existing balances do not combine into a discount tier. Active memberships with a fixed monthly class-credit allowance qualify for extra credits at their plan’s per-class rate or the current quantity rate, whichever is lower. Unlimited memberships already include eligible regular classes and do not establish a per-credit purchase rate.
Payments may be handled by a third-party processor. By submitting a payment method, you represent that you are authorized to use it and authorize the stated charge. REWILD may correct obvious pricing or catalog errors before completing a transaction and will communicate with you if a completed order is affected.
Physical Activity, Heat, and Personal Responsibility
Yoga, heated exercise, workshops, retreats, and related activities involve physical exertion and risk. Website content and instructor comments are general information, not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Consider whether a class is appropriate for you, consult a qualified healthcare professional when appropriate, follow reasonable safety instructions, and stop if you feel unwell or unsafe.
Tell the instructor about relevant limitations or accommodations you want them to know, while understanding that instructors cannot evaluate every medical condition. REWILD may require a separate informed-consent and liability waiver before participation. These Terms do not replace that waiver, and nothing here limits rights or responsibilities that applicable law does not allow the parties to limit.
Studio Conduct
Treat customers, guests, teachers, staff, neighbors, and property respectfully. Follow posted studio rules and reasonable staff directions concerning safety, cleanliness, equipment, shared space, recording, and privacy. Harassment, discrimination, threats, dangerous conduct, theft, deliberate damage, and material disruption are not permitted. REWILD may refuse participation or suspend service access when reasonably necessary for safety, operations, or a material violation of these Terms.
Website and Content
REWILD owns, licenses, or has permission to use the website design, brand, text, photographs, video, graphics, class materials, and other content. You may use the website for your personal, noncommercial interaction with REWILD. Do not copy, republish, scrape, sell, reverse engineer, interfere with, probe, or misuse the website or its content except as applicable law expressly permits.
Do not submit material you do not have the right to provide. Sending REWILD feedback permits us to use that feedback to improve our services, but sending a photograph or a person’s likeness does not by itself grant REWILD permission to publish it. Public promotional use should be covered by a separate permission or release.
Third-Party Services and Links
The website may use or link to services operated by others, including account hosting, payment processing, email delivery, maps, mobile app stores, social platforms, and partner booking services. Their own terms and privacy notices apply to their services. REWILD is not responsible for third-party content, availability, or conduct, although we remain responsible for our own obligations.
Availability and Disclaimers
We work to keep information accurate and services available, but the website and online features are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not promise uninterrupted access or that every schedule, image, price, or description will always be error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, REWILD disclaims implied warranties that cannot reasonably apply to these online services. This section does not remove any warranty or consumer right that applicable law says cannot be waived.
Changes and Ending Access
We may change website features, schedules, or offerings and may update these Terms. We will post the revised date and provide additional notice when reasonably appropriate for a material change. Changes apply prospectively unless applicable law permits otherwise. You may stop using the website at any time. Obligations that reasonably need to survive—such as completed payment obligations, intellectual-property protections, and dispute terms—continue after access ends.
Governing Law
Ohio law governs these Terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where another law must apply. Subject to any enforceable agreement that says otherwise, disputes concerning these Terms may be brought in a court with jurisdiction in Franklin County, Ohio. Nothing here prevents either party from using a lawful small-claims process or seeking urgent relief when appropriate.
