Privacy Policy

This policy explains what REWILD YOGA collects, why we use it, when service providers receive it, and the choices available to you.

Last Updated: July 20, 2026

Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to personal information REWILD YOGA (“REWILD,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles in connection with https://rewildyoga.com, REWILD customer accounts, bookings, memberships, studio operations, customer support, and email communications.

A REWILD-branded mobile app, partner booking service, map, social platform, or other service operated by a third party may collect information under its own privacy notice. This policy describes what REWILD does with information we receive from those services; it does not replace their notices.

Information We Collect

Account and Contact Information

This can include your name, email address, phone number, password-protected account identifier, email verification status, optional profile photograph, date of birth, emergency contact, and other details you provide to REWILD. Password hashes and authentication sessions are managed through our authentication provider rather than stored in the REWILD customer profile.

Studio and Transaction History

We maintain records needed to run the studio, including bookings, waitlists, attendance, check-ins, cancellations, no-shows, instructors and classes attended, memberships and class passes, credits and expiration or renewal status, purchases, refunds, gift cards, customer-service communications, consent choices, agreements, waivers, policy acknowledgments, and internal customer-service labels. Agreement records may preserve the exact document version and personalized terms presented, the name and role used to sign, the acceptance statement, time, account, and limited device or request information used to document the action. Some records were imported from REWILD’s previous business systems so an existing customer can keep their history when claiming an online account.

Payment Information

A payment processor may collect payment-card and billing details when you make a purchase. REWILD keeps the transaction records needed for accounting and customer service—such as amount, status, items, refunds, and processor identifiers—but the application is not designed to store complete payment-card numbers.

Information You Choose to Share

We receive messages, support requests, feedback, and information you voluntarily give staff. If you discuss an injury, accommodation, emergency contact, or other safety consideration, we use it to respond to your request and support studio operations. Please do not send sensitive information through general email unless it is necessary.

Website and Device Information

Hosting and security systems may process your IP address, request time, requested page, browser or device type, operating system, referrer, and diagnostic information. REWILD also uses Vercel Web Analytics for aggregate page-view information such as page, referrer, approximate city or region, browser, device type, and operating system. That analytics service is configured without third-party analytics cookies and is not used to connect your browsing history to your REWILD customer account.

Email Delivery and Engagement

We record whether email was delivered, bounced, reported as spam, or suppressed so we can operate and protect our communications. When enabled for broadcast or marketing email, an invisible image—often called a tracking pixel or web beacon—may report that the message was loaded. Tracked links may briefly pass through our email provider before sending you to the destination.

REWILD’s email-event records may include recipient email, message and template identifiers, event time, the clicked destination without query values or fragments, approximate country, region, or city, and mail client or platform. We deliberately do not keep the raw email-event IP address, exact coordinates, or full user-agent string in the REWILD database. Open reports are estimates: image blocking can prevent them, and privacy proxies can create an “open” that was not a human reading the message.

How We Collect Information

We collect information:

  • directly from you when you create an account, book, buy, contact us, or visit the studio;
  • from staff when they administer classes, memberships, check-ins, support, or studio records;
  • from prior and current booking, membership, payment, mobile-app, and partner services you use;
  • automatically from the website, hosting, security, analytics, and email systems described here; and
  • when required or permitted, from professional advisers, authorities, or transaction partners.

How We Use Information

  • create, verify, secure, and support your account;
  • connect your account to existing REWILD customer history;
  • publish schedules and administer bookings, waitlists, attendance, passes, memberships, and purchases;
  • present, personalize, administer, and preserve agreements, waivers, and acknowledgments;
  • send authentication, booking, account, safety, and other service messages;
  • send studio news and offers consistent with your choices and applicable law;
  • answer questions, resolve problems, and maintain business and accounting records;
  • understand aggregate website and email performance and improve REWILD services;
  • detect misuse, prevent fraud, secure systems, enforce agreements, and protect people and property; and
  • comply with law and respond to valid legal requests.

When We Disclose Information

We disclose only what is reasonably needed:

  • to service providers that support hosting, database storage, authentication, public media storage, email, analytics, booking, payment processing, and customer support;
  • to instructors, staff, and authorized contractors who need it for REWILD work;
  • to a partner service when you choose to book, pay, or interact through that service;
  • to accountants, insurers, attorneys, and other professional advisers under appropriate duties;
  • to authorities or other parties when required by law or reasonably needed to protect rights and safety; or
  • as part of a financing, reorganization, sale, or transfer of the business, subject to appropriate safeguards.

Based on the services currently implemented, REWILD does not sell or rent personal information and does not disclose it for third-party cross-site behavioral advertising.

Cookies, Maps, and External Services

The website uses cookies or similar browser storage that are needed for secure sign-in, session refresh, and remembering a display preference such as theme. Vercel Web Analytics does not require third-party analytics cookies. You can clear browser storage or block cookies, but account and preference features may stop working.

The footer can load Apple Maps or, when you choose it, an embedded Google Map. The selected map provider receives technical information needed to deliver the map under its own privacy notice. Following a social, app-store, map, or other external link also takes you to a service REWILD does not control.

Your Choices

  • Account and Records: contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information associated with you. We will verify the request and may retain information needed for completed transactions, accounting, security, legal obligations, or disputes.
  • Marketing Email: use the unsubscribe method in the message or email us. Opting out of marketing does not stop authentication, booking, purchase, safety, or other service-related messages.
  • Email Tracking: blocking remote images generally prevents the open-tracking pixel from loading. A link can be recorded only if a tracked link is used. You can unsubscribe from marketing messages to avoid future marketing-email engagement tracking.
  • Browser and Maps: manage cookies in your browser and use the map selector or a direct map link according to your preference.

We do not discriminate against a customer for making a good-faith privacy request. A request may be subject to different rights, exceptions, or appeal procedures depending on the law that applies to you.

Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described here, including providing services, preserving class and transaction history, maintaining executed agreements and their evidence, maintaining accounting and tax records, resolving disputes, enforcing agreements, and protecting the service. Different records have different retention needs. When information is no longer reasonably needed, we delete, de-identify, or securely dispose of it where practical. Backup and provider systems may take additional time to complete deletion.

Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical measures intended to protect personal information. Examples in the website include encrypted connections, secure HTTP-only authentication cookies, verified account flows, role-based staff access, and server-only access to customer records. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Contact us promptly if you believe an account or communication has been compromised.

Children and Minors

The general website and online account service are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly invite a child under 13 to submit personal information directly through them. Studio records concerning a minor may be maintained when provided by or with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian. If you believe a child submitted information without appropriate permission, contact us so we can review it.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as REWILD services and legal requirements change. We will post the revised date here and provide additional notice when reasonably appropriate for a material change.
