Costa Rica Co-Ed Yoga Retreat.
Brady Nichols and guest teacher Rachel Kukula are hosting a small-group week at Vajra Jahra in the Diamante Valley. The week brings yoga together with waterfalls, beach time, fresh food, and guided excursions beyond the studio.

This is an active week, not a one-size-fits-all spa itinerary. Expect ATV riding, a waterfall hike, a beach day, time at the bath house, markets, yoga, and an optional jiu jitsu class—alongside the space to actually notice where you are.

Arrive in Costa Rica
Land at SJO and settle into San José. This first night’s stay is separate from the retreat package.Nov 2
Into the Diamante Valley
Fly from San José to Quepos after confirming that flight separately with the studio, then use the included land transfer to reach Vajra Jahra, settle into your villa, and meet the group over a welcome dinner.Nov 3
Uvita Adventure Day
Spend the day between the beach and market. An optional, beginner-friendly jiu jitsu class is available before time by the water.Nov 4
ATV Tour
Ride jungle backroads and coastal lookouts on a full-day guided ATV excursion with time to stop and take it all in.Nov 5
Nauyaca Waterfall Hike
Hike with a guide into the jungle toward one of Costa Rica’s iconic waterfalls, with a swim in the pool below the falls.Nov 6
Bath House + Artisan Market
Slow down with sauna, cold plunge, and quiet time, then browse the local artisan market. An IV drip is available as a separate add-on.Nov 7
Farewell

The current retreat terms state that payments are non-refundable and non-transferable because lodging, meals, transportation, facilitators, and excursions are reserved in advance. Comprehensive travel insurance—including Cancel For Any Reason coverage where available—is strongly recommended soon after booking. The host does not reimburse airfare or other outside travel costs if plans change.
