RE-WORKER is our energy-exchange program for people who want to be actively involved in the REWILD community. You contribute your time and care to the studio in exchange for a free yoga membership. It is a hands-on way to make the place where you practice feel welcoming, clean, and ready for the next class. If you enjoy helping others and want a deeper connection to the people you practice alongside, this is a way to become part of the team.
What You’ll Do
Help keep the studio clean and fresh, greet members as they arrive, and support teachers as they get organized before class. Pay attention to the shared spaces and practical details that make the studio feel cared for. Your contribution helps teachers focus on teaching and students settle into their practice. The work is straightforward, but the care you bring to it matters: a welcoming greeting and a space that is ready for class both contribute to how someone experiences REWILD.
Commitment
The weekly commitment is 4 hours, including class, with about 2 hours of actual work. This is an energy exchange: you contribute to the care of the studio in return for your yoga membership. Time spent practicing is part of the weekly commitment, so the program combines participation in the community with helping support it.
No resume is required. If you have never visited REWILD, we recommend beginning with the First Timers Pack. Take classes, meet our teachers, and experience the community before deciding whether the exchange is the right fit for you.
Perks
Your exchange includes unlimited yoga classes, the opportunity to bring a new friend three times per month, and discounts on merchandise and yoga teacher training. You will also spend time around the studio’s teachers and community leaders and get to know REWILD beyond your own time on the mat.
What Makes a Good Fit
Bring a friendly attitude, thoughtful attention to the space, and a willingness to help. This role is for someone who wants to participate, not simply pass through. You do not need to make the work complicated: notice what needs care, support the people around you, and take pride in contributing to a community you enjoy being part of.
