REWILD-ers are our ambassadors and front-desk team—the people who help someone feel welcome from the moment they walk in. This role is for someone who genuinely loves health, wellness, and the REWILD community and wants to share that enthusiasm with others. You help create an excellent studio experience while supporting the conversations, relationships, and everyday work that help REWILD grow. This is a paid, in-person position at our Grandview studio, with front-desk and studio responsibilities around class transitions and administrative, marketing, and sales work between them.
Your Responsibilities
Studio operations and the first-timer experience — Be present before and after class to welcome students, manage check-in, arrange mat rentals, and help with purchases of memberships, First Timers Packs, merchandise, and beverages. Introduce yourself to new students, show them around, and follow up after class with genuine interest in their experience. Make an effort to remember people and help them feel recognized when they return. Keep the studio clean and organized, follow cleaning protocols, manage lost and found, and help class transitions run smoothly.
Administration and member support — Stay on top of the studio’s email, text messages, and phone calls, including missed messages that need a response. Help students navigate memberships, cancellations, failed renewal cards, gift cards, and everyday account questions. Listen to understand what someone needs, communicate clearly, and work through problems with care. These conversations are part of the studio experience too: the attention someone receives outside class should feel as thoughtful as the welcome they receive at the front desk.
Marketing, sales, and community growth — Help create weekly newsletters and email campaigns using Canva templates. Celebrate new students through Instagram Stories and connect with people through texts, calls, Instagram, and promotional messages. Support events and partnerships with local businesses, and take flyers to nearby apartments and businesses. Share what you genuinely value about REWILD and help people understand how to get involved. This part of the role takes initiative: notice opportunities to connect with the neighborhood and help turn those ideas into action.
What You Bring
Warm, effective communication and strong customer service are essential. You should be willing to take initiative, think beyond the obvious answer, and listen carefully enough to become a better problem solver. Be adaptable when priorities shift and able to manage several tasks without losing attention to the person in front of you. Comfort with Canva and a customer-management system matters, as does the ability to follow through. We value people who receive feedback as an opportunity to grow, bring sincere enthusiasm, and care more about learning and doing the work well than getting everything perfect on the first try.
Commitment and Pay
This role requires a minimum of 5 and a maximum of 30 hours per week. Pay is $14 per hour. The work is in person at our Grandview studio and includes both class-transition support and the administrative, marketing, and sales responsibilities that keep the studio moving. A resume is required to apply.
Perks
Enjoy unlimited yoga classes, bring a new friend three times per month, and receive discounts on merchandise and yoga teacher training. This is also an opportunity to earn money in a field you care about, build relationships with people who share your interests, and contribute to a growing studio community. Your work helps shape the place where you practice.
Getting Started
If you have never practiced at REWILD, start with the First Timers Pack. Experience our power yoga, meet the community, and get a feel for our mission and values before pursuing the role. We want your enthusiasm for the studio to come from a real connection to it. When you are ready to apply, email your resume to info@rewildyoga.com.
