Class cancellation policy

Configured class policy

The cash fee rates listed below are configured for future use and are not being charged. If fees are enabled, the applicable terms and any required payment authorization will be shown before you confirm a new booking.

• You can cancel until class starts. Cancelling within 4 hours of the start is a late cancellation.
• Credit bookings: $10 for a late cancellation. No cash fee for a no-show. Unlimited bookings: $5 for a late cancellation and $10 for a no-show.
• Cash fees apply only when the class has 5 or fewer open seats or a waitlist. Late cancellation demand is checked before you cancel; no-show demand is checked at class start. No cash fees apply to quieter classes.
• New bookings have 10 minutes to cancel without a fee, ending when class starts.
• Waitlist admissions have 10 minutes to cancel without a fee, ending when class starts.
• Credits are returned for cancellations. A no-show uses the reserved credit. Original expiration dates still apply.
• You may move this booking once to an eligible available class on the same local day without a cancellation fee. Your original cancellation grace period carries over.
• Fees are reviewed fifteen minutes after class ends. Rebooking the original class waives its late fee if you still hold that booking at class start.
• Another attendee filling your released spot does not waive a late cancellation fee.

Appointments and other bookings

For appointments and other bookings outside this class policy, online cancellation closes 6 hours before the booking starts. Contact the studio after that cutoff.

Event and appointment terms shown during booking remain specific to that booking.

Policy updates

The studio may publish updated class cancellation rules for future bookings. An existing booking retains the terms accepted when it was made. Policy updates do not require a new membership-agreement signature; any payment authorization for a new booking is reviewed separately before confirmation.
